GENERAL FAQ

  • For first-time partners, our MOQ is $150, and reorder minimums start at $100.

  • In-stock items usually ship within 3–7 business days. Larger quantities may require additional lead time, which will be communicated. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

  • Payment is accepted via credit card or wire transfer. Unless otherwise arranged, payment is collected prior to your order shipment. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

    Shipping fees are calculated and billed at the time of shipment and will appear on your final invoice. All wholesale orders will be provided with a tracking number. If your order has a specific delivery deadline, please let us know in advance. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges are the responsibility of the retailer. The customer acknowledges that Kuma Kitty Co is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Please carefully review your cart and entered information at checkout. In the event of an incorrectly fulfilled order, please reach out via email to hello@kumakitty.com‍ within 10 business days of delivery. If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen, please file a claim with the mail carrier immediately. While Kuma Kitty Co is not responsible for damages or lost packages made via the carrier, we would still like to assist you if possible— please reach out via email after you have filed your claim. All sales are final. No returns are accepted unless otherwise prearranged.
